Hong Kong Foundry Association

香港铸造业总会（ HKFA），原名（香港压铸及铸造业总会），是2008年7月份由分别具有20多年历史的香港压铸业协会和香港铸造业协会合并成立，是香港铸业界唯一的行业领导机构。嘉瑞集团主席李远发先生当选为总会首任会长，从此香港铸造业跨入了另一新时代。2010年8月成立了国内办事处，主要是加强香港总会和内地压铸、铸造行业协会、学会以及业界企业的合作与交流，同国内各地方协会、学会组织的沟通和互动，开展各种学术会、交流会、技术培训、高峰论坛、展览会等事务。总会现有会员企业500多家，汇集了一批以华南地区为主覆盖全国的业界知名、实力的大型企业和一些上市公司。由香港铸造业总会与中国铸造协会、台湾区铸造品同业公会共同主办的“两岸三地铸造业合作论坛”，在成功推动合作三赢的同时，更加成为香港、大陆和台湾铸造业交流和合作的重要平台。

Hong Kong Foundry Association （HKFA），Original name is Hong Kong Diecasting Foundry Association, established in July, 2008 as a result of the merging offormer Hong Kong Diecasting Association and Hong Kong Foundry Association, each having a history of more than twenty years, is the only leading industrial organization of Hong Kong diecasting and foundry industry. Mr. LEE Yuen Fat, chairman of Ka Shui Group and the first president of HKFA, led the association into a new epoch. In August 2010, HKFA Mainland Liaison Office was found to enhance the cooperation and communication with mainland industrial organizations and enterprises by organizing diverse academic conferences, seminars, training courses, forums and exhibitions. HKFA now has over 500 members, including those most famous, large-scaled and listed companies in this field, mainly located in southern China. The Forum on the Cooperation for the Casting Industries of China Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong has been co-sponsored by HKFA, China Foundry Association and Taiwan Casting Industry Association. It has been so successful that it has become an important platform for the industrial exchanges and cooperation among the three regions.

The casting grade bentonite of our company can improve the casting quality obviously in the application of casting industry. It can effectively improve the wet compressive strength, hot wet tensile strength, gas permeability and high temperature re-usability of the molding sand and reduce the sand moisture, enabling good toughness, formability and collapsibility of the molding sand. It effectively prevents defects such as sand inclusion, crusting, rat-tail and sand landslide in the casting process and reducing the amount of new soil added, so that the rate of scrap casts due to the molding sand dramatically drops. Through the strong formability, good gas permeability and high cavity strength favorable to wet or dry molds cast with molten metal, the bentonite ores of our company are the preferred sand binder for precision casts.

Guangzhou DFQ duplex full automation die-casting island is a flexible die-casting one composed of 2 imported 2,500 tons double die-casting island machines and 7 robots to concurrently produce cylinder and shock absorption tower through module switching. The full process consists of imitating spraying,quick removal, slag removing, marking, handle sawing, fine blanking and online deburring.
